Ship Building and Repairs
We are shareholders of a shipyard in Colombia specialized in building and assisting in the maintenance of navy vessels for the local armed forces. Next step will be the acquisition of shipyards in Europe and West/South Africa, ranging from 60m maximum length to 300m, duly prepared and licensed to build and repair vessels in steel, aluminium and new composite materials, state of the art in terms of environment protection (ISO 14001) and classification of ships and other floating equipment.
Our goals include the capacity to be competitive in small vessels for coastal and inner water navigation such as ferry boats, passenger and car commuters, patrol boats and fishing units for pelagic depths.
Other Areas
The members of our board of directors and the directors and managers of our member companies have more than 30 years’ experience as shipowners, shipyard operators, terminal operators, ship, shipyard and terminal designers, inspectors, harbor masters, government authorities, financing structures, training of sea-/shore personnel, legal support and safety issues.
They have more than 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas business and a wealth of knowledge of maritime and port operations around the world.
On the other hand, by galvanizing top teams at international level, they are also able to carry out major construction projects all over the world.
