Company was established in 2008 in the USA and has been since than taking equity in several companies abroad, basically focused on shipping (including build and repairs) and oil & gas support services, as well as some peripheral services, such as supplying manpower for industrial plants, running supply vessels and salvage tugs, installing antipollution equipment, operating spill recovery vessels and dismantling floating equipment (oil rigs, tankers and military vessels).
